Derby Kitchen Lead

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to staff while guiding and motivating your team to excel.

Our team of talented chefs and kitchen professionals work tirelessly to create delicious meals that exceed our customers' expectations. We are now looking for a skilled Kitchen Leader to lead our team in Derby and drive our success forward.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, managing costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing new menu ideas and promotions to meet the changing needs of our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in contract catering and management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced food service environment. You will also need to be able to analyze data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results. You will need to be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum (depending on experience), as well as a range of benefits including a financial wellbeing programme, Aviva Digicare annual healthcare check, and Medicash health cash plan.
