Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
