We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utilities Administrator to join our team at Network Plus Services.

About the Role

As a Utilities Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Operations Support team, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external customers, as well as the management of our business and client database systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional front-line telephone service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently, meeting all client and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely input and uploading of information into our works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated.
  • Collate, coordinate, and distribute operational job packs, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports to ensure service levels and objectives are met.
  • Contribute positively to the team by providing innovative solutions to problems and embracing change.
  • Ensure safety issues are reported in accordance with Company procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a utilities or infrastructure services environment.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
