Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all Property Services functions are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes managing health and safety compliance, property compliance, and staff management within the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with customers and their representatives to develop service delivery and provide equality
- Implement and maintain top quartile performance in all categories
- Manage the performance of various members of staff within the Property Services department
- Focus on Health and Safety compliance relating to the Property Services department
- Ensure contract and procurement arrangements are in line with company procedures
- Liaise with customers to assess opportunities for growth and development within the service area
- Level 5 in a construction related discipline
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Senior management experience within a property maintenance sector (ideally)
- Full driving license
