As a Wing Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing holistic resettlement support to individuals within the prison environment. This includes monitoring participants' progress, conducting regular reviews, and completing necessary pre-release actions.

You will work closely with HMPPS, external agencies, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions to community support workers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background experience in supporting individuals' progression within training, guidance, or counseling environments.
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation issues, desistance theory, and the prison environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
