WeDoData is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to join our team in a 'Good' secondary school in Greater Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the school's Management Information System.

The role offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and career progression within the trust.

The Data Manager will lead in maintaining the school's systems and databases, analyzing student performance data, and training senior leadership teams on data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop the school's Management Information System
  • Analyze student performance data to inform educational decisions
  • Provide training and support to senior leadership teams on data interpretation
  • Collaborate with the central Data team to ensure effective data management
Requirements:
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience using Bromcom or other School Management Information Systems
  • Experience with SISRA or other school analytical tools
