About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join our team at TrustFord, Europe's largest Ford dealership. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair work on a wide range of motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strip and re-fit repair work on all makes of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner.
  • Create and maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in an appropriate and timely fashion.

As a MET Technician at TrustFord, you will enjoy a competitive salary, bonus scheme with uncapped earnings, and an upsell bonus. You will also benefit from 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays, and an annual leave purchase and sale scheme.
