About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Sleaford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities to lead valued and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to reach their potential and achieve their goals
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as household chores and personal care
  • Encourage participation in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote independence and self-efficacy
  • Support individuals to access community resources and services
