Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' social media and commerce strategies to create a best-in-class social commerce experience.

You will be responsible for executing day-to-day Meta Commerce initiatives across markets, as well as additional social media and commerce activities across these channels. This will involve working closely with our Senior Social Strategist to expand our current social strategy outside of Meta Commerce, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow social and social commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on social commerce growth opportunities as defined by the Senior Social Commerce Strategist
  • Chair of Monthly Inter-agency Content Strategy calls to discuss next month's Social ideas
  • Support with the management of the Content Calendar for Social / Social Commerce
  • Support the Head of Social and the wider team with Social Strategy engagements for clients
  • Contribute to key RFPs, client proposals, and pitches

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of working with social media, social platforms, and social strategy
  • Experience of working with global brands from a digital perspective, ideally within an agency environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills to support with the execution of multiple simultaneous project deadlines
  • Strong desire to learn and grow, actively acquiring further knowledge about social media, digital, and commerce
