Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in identifying and addressing the needs of designated children
  • Provide individualized support to pupils, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning resources, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of SEN pupils
  • Offer regular feedback to pupils and teachers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Participate in regular staff training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Education to degree level
  • Aspiring teacher with a passion for child development
  • Experience working with children in a similar setting
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all pupils
