Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Electrical Bias Field Service Engineer to join our team at Mercury Hampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production lines, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a strong problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our packaging partner in the North of England, collaborating on site to resolve issues and maintain production efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Field service engineer role with a focus on electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Maintenance and repair of production lines
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Collaboration with clients and internal teams

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 + bonus
  • Overtime at 1.5 times the normal rate

Location:

The successful candidate will be based in the North of England, covering the area around the client's site. Regular travel may be required to other locations within the region.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
