About the Role

The Commercial Initiatives Lead will play a key role in driving revenue growth across Frieze's platforms, working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Commercial Director. This position requires a strong background in sales, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive partnerships revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of Partnerships Managers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand sponsors and partners.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including international travel opportunities and career development programs.
