At Cold Banana, we are seeking a seasoned WordPress developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge WordPress digital platforms.

With a strong background in WordPress development, you will have extensive experience with themes, plugins, and customisations. Proficiency in Elementor page builder plugin, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP for backend functionality, SEO best practices, and responsive design for mobile and desktop is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in WordPress development and be well-versed in technologies such as Formidable plugin, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin, Google Lighthouse for performance optimisation, Plugin development, and WordPress REST API.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be proficient in DNS management and familiarity with servers and SFTP.

Cold Banana offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, extra day per year for continued employment, 3pm Friday finish, bonus holiday days over Christmas shut down, basement gym for staff use, various tax incentives, and pension scheme after initial 12 weeks.
