Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Chesham

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors at an Ofsted outstanding school. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring the class in the absence of the teacher, managing student behavior, and ensuring all students are engaged with the lesson material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the classroom in the absence of the teacher and manage student behavior
  • Ensure all students are engaged with the lesson material
  • Take individualized approaches with students to build trust
  • Collaborate and support other staff members
  • Assign and collect assignments
  • Maintain organization for when the class teacher returns
  • Complete the register

Requirements:

  • University degree or A Levels or GCSE (Math and English above C)
  • Previous experience working in a UK school desired
  • Previous experience working with SEN desired
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training and prevent training issued in the last year

What We Offer:

  • Minimum rate of pay: GBP90 per day
  • Flexible working hours: 8:00am - 4pm (full day)
