Project Manager P6 Planner

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver large-scale projects from start to finish, taking a proactive and innovative approach to project management.
- Develop high-quality schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring stakeholders are updated.
- Support the team in complying with NEC3 contractual requirements and reporting.
- Track progress against project schedules, forecasting potential problem areas and proposing mitigation measures.
- Provide planning and scheduling expertise to ensure projects meet company business plan goals and are commercially viable.
- Advise and coordinate clients and DM teams to develop project briefs, programmes, and desired outcomes.
- Oversee project communication and information management.
- Manage project-related administrative processes and stakeholder support.
- Motivate and manage project teams using technical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Develop commercial relationships with clients and identify networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements and policies.
- Strong Primavera P6 experience.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing project programming best practices, standards, and alignment with NEC 3 contract processes.
- At least 2 years' experience in leading projects or project programming.
- Demonstrable experience in developing, integrating, and analysing project plans.
- Knowledge or experience of using best practice planning processes and tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of confidence modelling processes and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with previous team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good IT skills and confidence with Microsoft products.
- Good numeracy skills and financial understanding.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Keen problem-solving skills.
