Overnight Receptionist

Middlewoods of Farmington, a senior living community dedicated to providing relationship-centered care, is seeking a full-time Overnight Receptionist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during overnight hours.

As an Overnight Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and taking messages, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
• Greeting community visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Providing administrative support to the Director and other managers, assisting with tasks as needed.
• Acting as a central source of information for residents, assisting them with problem-solving and directing them to appropriate departments or locations.
• Collaborating with all staff members to maintain the safety and security of our community.
