Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist - London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in London. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems management and must be able to work effectively in a customer-focused role. You will be required to liaise with sub-contractors as needed, monitor their performance, and ensure that all works are undertaken correctly and the work area is left in a satisfactory condition.

In this role, you will also be responsible for reporting all PPM defects via the defect process, updating weekly equipment reports, and signing off completed tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a professional image of CBRE at all times and deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized electrical qualification, such as C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations, and experience working with structured PPM delivery, business-critical equipment, and electrical systems management.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems
  • Liaise with sub-contractors as needed and monitor their performance
  • Report all PPM defects via the defect process and update weekly equipment reports
  • Sign off completed tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain a professional image of CBRE at all times and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Recognized electrical qualification (e.g. C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations)
  • Experience working with structured PPM delivery, business-critical equipment, and electrical systems management
  • Strong background in electrical systems management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer-focused role
