Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced driver to operate our state-of-the-art electric coaches. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to our mission of reducing emissions and traffic in Scotland.
Responsibilities- Operate electric coaches safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to the maintenance of our coaches, performing light cleaning duties and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for salary increases.
- Overtime rates starting at 1.2x pay.
- Free CPC renewal for full-time and part-time drivers.
- 28 days paid annual holiday.
- Flexible annual leave.
- Up to 10 days unpaid annual leave.
- 20 days paid leave for sickness, jury duty, parental, or other unplanned leave.
- Established progression paths at a fast-growing company.
- Referral scheme.

- Full PCV licence: Category D as a minimum.
- Up-to-date CPC and a digital tachograph card (or able to get both quickly).
- Able to demonstrate high-quality driving, including smooth braking and a commitment to safety.
