We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to our high standards of care and quality.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older, due to Ofsted regulations.
- Essential driving skills, as locations of our homes require transportation.
- No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

- Competitive hourly rate of £11.59 to £12.23, plus sleep-in payments.
