Job SummaryWe are seeking a self-driven individual with a passion for risk management to join our client's dynamic Enterprise Risk team. As the Enterprise Risk Manager's Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting risk and control activities across their organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to facilitate risk management processes, including risk identification, assessment, and management.
- Collaborate with Executives and senior leaders in engaging workshops to develop a comprehensive understanding of risk profiles.
- Drive the development and documentation of key controls for Principal Risks, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Create comprehensive risk landscapes for Principal Risks and ensure periodic and time-sensitive reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Support reporting to the Executive Team, Audit, and Risk Committee, and occasionally to the Board.
- Work closely with Risk Business Partners to deliver impactful risk workshops.
- Guide and assist managers across the organization in maintaining accurate and timely risk and control information.
- Continuously analyze and improve data insights for enhanced risk management capabilities.
- Develop strong relationships with key contacts within the organization to foster a culture of risk assurance.
- A deep understanding of the energy sector, its structure, regulatory environment, and long-term challenges.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Risk Management, including tools, processes, and systems.
- Strong background in business change, effective communication, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, enabling efficient risk management practices.
