Teaching Personnel - Food Technology Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join our team at a leading school in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching food technology to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and ideally contributing to other aspects of Design & Technology as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging food technology lessons that foster practical skills and culinary creativity.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Design & Technology department to enhance the school's curriculum.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in the food technology classroom.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Food Technology or related field.
  • Previous experience teaching food technology at secondary level is highly desirable.
  • Positive, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
