The Role

Nigel Wright Group is seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role requires a professional, efficient, and welcoming approach to ensure a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, ensuring a prompt and professional response to all inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of parcels, as well as the procurement of consumables and supplies.
  • Support the coordination of visitors' safety during evacuations, including taking signing-in records to the evacuation point for roll call.
  • Facilitate the sourcing of travel arrangements for business needs, including taxis, car hire, and accommodation reservations.
  • Provide administrative support, including audits and data input as requested from various departments.

The Person

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have previous front-of-house reception experience, procurement experience, and a high level of organizational skills. They will also possess excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft packages, and a positive and proactive attitude.
