About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Store Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive business success. As a key member of our retail pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and patient care, while also leading and developing a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales and performance of your store, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice, while maintaining a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build the capability of store teams through coaching, mentoring, and development programs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount, while delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a professional, caring character and a genuine desire to help us improve. You'll also require:

  • The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams, with a strong focus on leadership and development.
  • A deep understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in-store to drive strong performance results.
  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and a strong reputation among stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.
