We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Lines Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a customer adviser on specific nominated accounts and support other members of the division as needed.
  • Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email, and post, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Develop existing client relationships and contribute to business growth through new business enquiries, cross-selling, and upselling relevant products.
  • Shared responsibility for achieving the business plan and budget of the division.
  • Operate within the company's systems and procedures, adhering to service standards, quality of documentation, credit control, and support of key insurance markets.
  • Verify policy documents for accuracy and breadth of cover.
  • Provide assistance to the claims department with relevant claims.
  • Update client records with accurate information received from insurers, including new business, adjustments, and renewals.
  • Transfer copy and documents into the client electronic file.
  • Promote and support the division both internally and externally to clients, the insurance market, and other third parties.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good technical knowledge in specific areas, such as motor, home, and travel insurance.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy team environment.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a commitment to achieving a minimum qualification of Cert CII.
