About the Role:
- Lead the management of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in affordable housing projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field (desired).
- Membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS).
