Job Title: Special Situations Investment Associate

We are working with a market-leading special situations investor to find an Investment Associate to join their London office.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading investment firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis on potential investments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Source and identify investment opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and market participants.
  • Perform market research and analysis to support investment thesis and inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the wider investment team to drive deal execution and portfolio management.
  • Monitor the investment portfolio, producing analysis and supporting other parties in delivering returns.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Credit, Special Situations Investment, or Investment Banking, preferably from Real Estate, FIG, or Leveraged Finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
