Commercial Litigator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigator to join our team at Reed. As a Commercial Litigator, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a wide range of litigated matters, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases, and disputes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough advice on litigated matters, evaluating the merits of a claim and resolving disputes until completion.
  • Manage a varied caseload, delivering quality client care and meeting individual and team performance targets.
  • Network and participate in marketing activities to raise the profile of the department/firm.
Requirements
  • Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE.
  • Solid experience in litigation, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases, and disputes.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload without supervision and keen analytical problem-solving skills.
