Global Business Growth Specialist

At FJN Recruitment Solutions, we are partnering with a leading medical and security services provider to find an exceptional Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity involves driving new business growth and collaborations throughout the Group.
The ideal candidate will have strong new Business Development skills and experience in travel risk management/ global assistance, with a process-driven approach to identifying and pursuing new leads and opportunities. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as they work closely with other company brands to achieve shared goals.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £70k-£80k, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including private pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, and more.
About the Role- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through collaboration with other company brands.
- Develop and implement strategies for successful implementation of new business initiatives.
- Participate in workshops and networking events to build relationships and drive business growth.
