Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality work and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of retail staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Use the till, take orders, and receive payments
- Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
- Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
- Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
- Delegating tasks and ensuring the team is proactive at all times
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
- Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
