Job Title: Field Service Maintenance Specialist

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the West Midlands area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and responding to issues in the fleet of vehicles in your area.

Job Description:

  • Fault diagnosis, repair, and routine maintenance of specialist vehicles and other company equipment.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
  • Keeping up to date with administrative responsibilities, ensuring that all routine maintenance or repair work is subject of an accurate and timely written report.
  • Evaluating, modifying, and preparing machines for hire at Dawsongroup EMC depots and customers' locations.
  • First Line Repair, Fault Reporting for second-line repairs and providing technical advice to third-party engineers where required.

Requirements:

  • A City and Guilds/ONC level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, gearboxes, or sweeper vehicles.
  • A great level of communication skills and customer service with the ability to demonstrate the values and ethics of Dawsongroup plc.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to your role and be able to work well on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
  • Holding a Full, Clean UK driving licence.
