Academics Ltd seeks an exceptional Teaching and Learning Associate in Ware
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching and Learning Associate. This role involves working closely with teaching staff to enhance teaching and learning across various subjects. You will lead small groups, deliver pre-planned lessons, and provide targeted interventions to support student progress and attainment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group interventions to support students' learning and development.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of teaching staff, ensuring effective curriculum delivery.
- Provide individualised support to students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL learners.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the school's safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare and safety of all students.
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role within a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of primary curriculum frameworks and teaching strategies.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a love for learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Adaptability and resilience to meet the varying needs and challenges of a primary school environment.
- Able to commute to Ware.
