About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our team in Barnsley, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store sales.

Job Summary
  • As a Store Colleague, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining high store standards.
  • You will work across various areas of the store, including customer service, picking and replenishment, and assisting with stock management.
  • Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service to ensure they have a great shopping experience.
Requirements
  • To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for delivering great customer service, be able to work effectively in a team, and have excellent communication skills.
  • You will need to be flexible, willing to learn, and adapt to changing situations within the store.
  • A basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
