Job Title: Night Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential projects of significant value as a number 1. You will work closely with the Project Manager and have day-to-day operational responsibility for the development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the site team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  2. Ensure compliance with JCT and NEC contracts, and maintain accurate records of site activities.
  3. Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  4. Monitor and control site costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  5. Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and mitigate potential risks to the project.
Requirements:
  1. A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
  2. SMSTS certification.
  3. CSCS certification.
  4. First Aid certification.
  5. A full UK driving license.
