We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Needs Assistant to join our team in Orpington. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting.

As a Learning Support Professional for Children, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. We offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

To succeed as a SEN Support Worker, you must be passionate about working with children and young people with special educational needs. You will provide one-to-one and group support to help students develop essential skills and build confidence.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students.

This contract position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
