About the Company: We are partnering with a dynamic global TV Production powerhouse to hire an HR Generalist. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work across 3 companies, spanning a headcount of around 100.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide HR support to the teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from recruitment, engagement, L&D, wellbeing and HR Ops - a true generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and addressing performance issues.
  • Learning & Development: Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs. Coordinate learning opportunities that enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • DE&I: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the companies, using data and analytics to make change and embed new ways of working.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, benefits, and payroll information.
  • Projects: Implementing new HRIS, benefits platform, and other initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements: We are looking for someone hands-on, creative and able to handle high volume work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
