Miller Group Global Limited is seeking a skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Belfast City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on corporate clients, group bookings, and events.
• Create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.

**Client Relationship Management:**
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies. Serve as the main point of contact for corporate and group clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our hotel's unique offerings.

**Market Analysis and Reporting:**
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present regular reports to management, detailing performance metrics and areas for growth. Stay informed about the local and global hospitality landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

**Event and Group Coordination:**
Work closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group stays and events. Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations teams for accurate room allocations and special arrangements.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in hotel sales or a related field. You should have a proven track record of achieving targets and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management tools is also required.
