- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or a related field (e.g., customer service, account management).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
