The Role: Multi-Trade Roofer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-Trade Roofer to join our dedicated Responsive Repairs team. You will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing properties within the Lincolnshire region, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of roofing repairs and refurbishments, including patch work and full roof replacements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various roofing materials and techniques, such as tile and slate installations, felting roofs, flat roofs, ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, pointing, and rainwater gutters and downpipes.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in all aspects of roofing work.
  • Time served or a recognized roofing qualification is highly desirable.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with customers.
  • A full driving licence is essential for this role.
