Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilities Management: Oversee the management of our facilities, ensuring optimal operations, a great customer and employee experience, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  2. Sustainability and Compliance: Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals responsible for facilities management, health and safety, and sustainability, ensuring high levels of service delivery and team engagement.
  4. Project Management: Design and implement facilities improvement projects, collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value-added solutions.
  5. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective cost management and return on investment.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Provide timely and accurate reports to senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  2. Facilities Management: Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and industry standards.
  3. Sustainability and Compliance: Expertise in sustainability and compliance, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  4. Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions.
  5. Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
