We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our innovative law firm, Fqps. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with post-exchange work such as transfer deeds, requisitions on title, redemption figures, mortgage deeds, certificates of title, bankruptcy and Land Registry searches, apportionments on a sale, bills and financial statements.
  • Reporting registration to clients, refunding on account monies and closing files.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal, Assistant or Secretary to expand their career in a friendly and supportive environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday. If you have the required experience, please contact us as we are arranging interviews.
