About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary care services at American Family Care, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
  3. Offer educational support to patients and families on disease management, healthy lifestyle choices, and medication adherence.
  4. Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.
  5. Conduct DOT physical exams and serve as a Medical Examiner, upholding industry standards.
  6. Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Nursing or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  2. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  3. Proficient in electronic health records software.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  6. Desirable: prior experience in primary/urgent care or internal medicine.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
