As a Registered Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their social, emotional, and physical needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to develop tailored care plans and provide professional support to care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health and well-being of residents by creating a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate resident records.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff.
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Current PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and knowledge of The Patients Charter.
- Ability to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
- High standard of personal presentation and diligence.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
