Growth Opportunities Coordinator

Gerald Eve is a leading property consultancy, and we're experiencing significant growth in our EMEA business. As a Bid Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering this expansion.
Our Client & Market Development team is central to our growth plans, and this role will support them with the coordination of responses to pitch and bid opportunities.
This position requires someone who can work flexibly, assisting teams across our national offices and adapting to client deadlines.
We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join us on our growth journey, committed to driving quality outputs and demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude.
This role involves coordinating the outputs of tender responses on behalf of Gerald Eve, working collaboratively with Partners across the firm.
- Ensuring timely responses to tender notifications / requests
- Maintaining high-quality responses, aligned with Gerald Eve standards
- Prioritizing outputs based on strategic business priorities
- Engaging with key stakeholders, adding value to tender responses
- Maintaining Gerald Eve's presence on relevant tender portals
- Populating short responses to standard bid questions using WBB Portal material
- Logging opportunities on our internal tracker system
- Liaising with Business Services teams to ensure shared response information is up-to-date
- Continuously evolving output processes to deliver the highest service to internal and external stakeholders
We offer a hybrid working policy, with staff required to be in the office for 3 days per week, and flexibility around core hours from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
