About This Role

As a skilled Analyst Programmer, you will play a vital part in designing and developing components of our state-of-the-art financial systems. Acon, our system, is used in over 100 countries, and your work will directly impact the future of logistics and IT.

Your Responsibilities
  • To write high-quality software program code in Rich Client, Web, and Mobile platforms with expertise in Java and other technologies.
  • To analyze and resolve technical issues caused by program, system, or database level.
  • To conduct thorough testing to ensure a high standard of deliverables.
  • To provide timely program fixes for urgent issues that occur in production, ensuring seamless financial IT service.
  • To arrange software packages for global deployment.
  • To conduct peer code review to ensure software quality.
  • To create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams of system design, system architecture, and interfaces/integrations.
  • To conduct Proof of Concept when introducing new software technologies.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
  • Experience working with a diverse, global team.
  • Hands-on experience in Java and SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle, Hibernate, Spring, MongoDB, Quarkus, or React is an advantage.
  • Preferably also knowledgeable in Mobile Programming, Cloud Computing, AI, and Machine Learning, Accounting, and Financial Knowledge.
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
