At Virgin Active, we're passionate about helping our members live an active life and deliver amazing fitness experiences. To achieve this, we're looking for a talented Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for group exercise and a commitment to delivering high-quality fitness classes. You'll also need to have at least an NVQ Level 3 Pilates instructor qualification and be willing to complete our accredited Reformer Pilates qualification.

Your Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate our members in your Reformer Pilates classes
• Achieve agreed targets, including class occupancy and instructor ratings from our members
• Ensure our members are safe at all times and hold your own public liability insurance of at least £2million
• Check in with the club team often and stay up to date with class policies and instructor procedures
• Advocate a culture where the group fitness class community becomes a loyal fan base of Virgin Active
• Take on constructive feedback from club staff and continually look for ways to learn and improve
