Senior Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Handler to join our team at IPS Group. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Account Executives on renewal strategies, and attending client meetings to discuss complex risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice on commercial insurance solutions
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement renewal strategies
  • Attend client meetings to discuss complex risks and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Experience with systems such as Acturis, producing accurate documentation, and ensuring contract certainty
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and technical broking skills
  • Prioritize and manage a varied workload, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in broking and account management
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Experience leading or managing teams, with a focus on developing and motivating team members
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
