High-Performance Engineer

As a High-Performance Engineer at beBee Professionals, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. You will lead our development team in Keighley, UK, and mentor junior developers in best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance software applications
- Implement software solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Mentor junior software engineers in coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus
