- Ensure the team operates in line with the department ethos of 'Fix all repairs in full, on time, first time' and take positive action to address any required improvements and rectifications
- Satisfy customers' needs through effective communication and efficient organisation of works, embedding a customer focus approach to service delivery
- Operate within parameters of applicable company budgets, demonstrating knowledge of 'value for money' and its application
- Lead and support technicians in terms of recruitment, training, complaints, disciplinaries, and performance, including effective management of 121's of direct reports
In return, we are offering a competitive annual salary of £41,535.00, plus a company vehicle and fuel card. You will also receive 28 days annual leave (increasing to 32 days after three years), employee pension contribution between 7% and 12%, life assurance (three times your salary), annual flu jab, electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, and competitive medical cashback plan.
