About the Role

We're seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Night Driver to join our Avonmouth depot team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of parcels across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of parcels from depots to clients and other sites in the Hermes network.
  • Collect and deliver parcels safely, update paperwork, and assist depot staff with heavier items as needed.
  • Perform tail-lifting duties, loading and unloading your own vehicle.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £15.45, with an overtime rate of £23.18 once full-time hours are completed.
  • A minimum of 32 days' annual leave, including Bank Holidays, and a 3% contribution to your pension.
