Precision Valve Assembly Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Park Royal. As a specialist in precision valve assembly, you will be responsible for assembling pressure relief valves from initial build through to testing and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble precision pressure relief valves and other products in the range using hand tools and fitting.
- Manage stock levels and request parts as needed.
- Test and fault-find on new and refurbished equipment, including pressure and leak testing.
- Work to the production schedule and ensure timely delivery of machines.
- Liaise with the Design Office on updates, mods, and production issues.
- Liaise with Quality to improve overall compliance of machinery, working to the ISO9001-2015 Standard.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Experience with hand and basic power tools.
- Correct use of test equipment.
- A can-do attitude promoting a positive approach to work.
- Good communication skills at all levels and with all abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to see issues before they impact production.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- Multitasking and drive to achieve.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £26,000 - £29,000 per year, depending on experience. Overtime is available and based in Park Royal.
